Hi!
Yes (:-) I am one of their advisers It is actually the city of
Stockholm that has launched an official portal with support from
politicians. The initiative was launched a couple of days ago in this
article (use google translate):

Sten Nordin (who wrote it) is the Mayor and Chairman of the Executive
Board of the City of Stockholm [1]. Right now there are not many data
sources/API:s in the catalog but there is a lot of work going on to
map what's available.

Some of it will not be open (there is a financing model for some of
the data which makes it expensive) but a lot of stuff will be free.
