Steven, TIna,
This is a very interesting publication. I looked at your website and I
could see some of your other work. It seems interesting to challenge our
day to day assumptions in order to deepen the impact of our organizations
(ie.Does Citizen Participation
Work?<http://www.businessofgovernment.org/blog/business-government/does-citizen-participation-work>
; Is Open Government
Dead?<http://www.businessofgovernment.org/blog/business-government/open-government-dead>
).
Thanks a lot
Best regards
María

> I am writing to let know you about a new report I authored, "A Manager’s
> Guide to Evaluating Citizen Participation," which was just published by the
> IBM Center for The Business of Government. I thought this report might be
> of interest to you and others in your network.
>

> The report provides a practical assessment guide for program managers so
> they can assess whether their participation efforts are making a
> difference. The report lays out evaluation steps for both the
> implementation and management of citizen participation initiatives as well
> as how to assess the impact of a particular citizen participation
> initiative. An appendix provides helpful worksheets, as well.
