[open-government] Updated summary of the Open Data Census

Hi All,

Just want to let everyone know we have an updated summary page for the
Open Government Data census:

<http://census.opengovernmentdata.org/>

We now have both a map and a summary table (more improvements in the
pipeline -- suggestions welcome!) and more than a 130 responses so far
covering more than 30 countries.

Finally, we still lack information for many countries and datasets so
we still need many more submissions at:

<http://opengovernmentdata.org/census/submit>
