Dear Friends,

Many of you have expressed outrage at the €3000 costs imposed on Access
Info Europe
<http://www.access-info.org/en/litigation/297-ministry-of-justice-corruption-case>
for asking about what the Spanish government is doing to implement the
UN Convention against Corruption.

Various people have offered to write to the government and so we have
put together a letter and are gathering signatures for NGOs and
individuals to sign, calling on the government not to collect the fine.
Here you can see the letter:
http://www.access-info.org/documents/Letter_to_Spanish_Gov_about_3000_euros_sentence.pdf

Please send me your name and the name of the organisation you are
signing for. Please feel free to circulate the letter more widely.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Vicky
