[open-government] Open government, civic engagement priorities for the next ten years? A list for President Obama and leaders everywhere

Since July, thousands of people have voted on:

         What ideas for online civic, community, or government
engagement do you support most?

With dozens of good ideas swirling around, it is hard to focus the
civic technology community (and funders/governments/businesses) on
ideas that resonate the most with the public ... although, we could
use thousands more votes beyond the first 2483 votes and more ideas in
the hopper - http://www.allourideas.org/engageonline - to say, this is
the "definitive priority" list to hand the Obama Administration and
other leaders. :-)
