Hi all,

a nice and small country is joining the Open Data movement - please welcome
Lithuania :)

Recently we (a team of government and local community activists) translated
the Open Data Handbook to lithuanian language. Special thanks to OKFN for
their help!

And I also wanted to ask what is the experience of other countries with
using the Open Data Handbook for spreading the idea of Open Data locally?
Was it useful?

Sincerely,
