[open-government] open data day 2012

Cool - Okay everyone, I'll talk to Rufus (and anyone who wants to join) on Friday via Skype, see what we think we can do in time.

My suspicion is that we should move it to the new year to give people time to plan and, because I suspect it will take us a few days still to get the site up.
