First of all, thanks Sam for sending our OpenGov diagram ...and thanks all
for your messages.

For those who want the diagram source file for translation, do not hesitate
to ask me directly by e-mail: armel at smartgov.fr
I'll send it with pleasure (and I'll try to publish every translation on
the flickr and on wikimedia).
