As part of the Open Data Index <http://index.okfn.org/> and associated Open
Data Census <http://census.okfn.org/> we've been tracking key datasets
released by cities starting about a year ago. We're just in the process of
doing an update of this approach (and so city data is temporarily
unavailable). If you're interested can I suggest joining the census mailing
