[open-government] Anyone in the Czech Republic?

Dear All,

I will be on the Czech Republic from March 16-24, and I would like to know 
if there is anyone Prague available to briefly talk about the country's 
Freedom of Information & Data Protection legislation, their impact, and 
also about Open Government Data. I am gathering this information for a 
paper that I am writing for my master's degree, and I will probably use 
this information in my thesis as well.
