Hi Tim,
this sounds great.
I'm working with open data in Brazil.
It would be a pleasure to help with the Brazilian case study.
There are also some discussions and meetings going on here about assessing
the quality of information access at a state and municipal level.
it would be great to join your reflexions and share our findings.
Do you have more details about the study? How will it be conducted in the
different countries?
