Thank you for sharing this point. I went through the application and did
find funding section. You will be pleased to learn that I am working on
proposing OGD for my country to a multilateral body on invitation. You may
have seen the UNCTAD Information Economy Report 2012 to which I had
contributed substantially at:

and volunteered to technically edit the Web Foundation Ghana and Chile OGD
