[open-government] Open Gov Communities of Practice?

Hey there -

I work for an organization called the engine room
<https://www.theengineroom.org/>that partners with Personal Democracy
Media's WeGov <http://techpresident.com/news/wegov/> section to identify,
analyze and connect new initiatives and trends in citizen participation,
transparency and accountability. I'm writing because we're about to start
holding tactic-sharing meetings for practitioners (get in touch for
details) and we want these meetings to tap into existing communities of
practice as much as possible. With that in mind, we'd like to make sure
that as many of them as possible are on our radar. Can you help? Below is
our working list...I'd be grateful if you could share any that we missed!

   - *Monitoring of Institutions:* Parliamentary Monitoring Network
   - *Access to Information:* Alavetella Users' mailing list
   - *Public Service Delivery (Infrastructure improvements): *OKFN Open
   Transport
   - *General Anti-Corruption:* Global Youth Anti Corruption Network
   - *General Open Data*: Open Data Stack Exchange, OKFN School of Data
   - *Spending: *OKFN Open Spending

We're especially interested in communities for practitioners focused on
transparency and accountability in the extractive industries and other
public services such as education, health, or water...if they exist :).

Thanks,

Susannah

P.S. - Apologies in advance for cross posting!!
