[open-government] A lot of new Russian news and open government projects

Hi Julia.
I know at least two organizations - GOLOS (http://golos.org/) and SONAR (
http://sonarus.org/) and many others too.
They use election data and election data used actively by russian
enthusiasts.
Contracts data used by few thinks tanks and foundations like INSOR
(Institute of Contemporary Development) http://www.insor-russia.ru/en/
and educational/research organizations like High School of Economy and many
others. We, NGO "Infromational Culture" also use this data.
