Hello,
In the province of Quebec, where there is a massive corruption inquiry going on now, all cities will have municipal elections in November 2013. To help citizens identify and vote for candidates commited to open data and transparency, we are building a questionnaire. Based on the questions, we plan to give candidate a grade (A, B, C...) according to their level of commitment. This grade will be communicated via a text message and email to electors who sign up at the website.
We are looking for help to craft this questionnaire in such a way as to reflect international best practices and to be able to assign a clear grade to respondents.
You can see our proposed questions here and please add and modify these questions via the commenting system in Google Docs by May 31st, 2013.
