[open-government] response to Shakespeare report

I'm sure many of you will already have seen today's report on UK PSI:

We've posted our thoughts on the report:

Overall, it's great to see recommendations around data release, open access
and skills, but we need to be realistic that even with all of this, we
shouldn't expect huge economic gains in the near term - there's lots to do
to unlock the full benefits of openness and it will take a while.
