[open-government] New research invitation and being open for new studies

Dear Colleagues,
I am working as a postdoc researcher on the Local Government
Transparency Code 2014 in the UK at the department of International
Relations and Politics in the University of Southampton.

I am thinking of starting a comparative study on local government open
data. The aim of the research will be comparing the open data
regulations in the local governments between Turkey and other
countries (especially developed countries, which has higher rankings
than Turkey regarding Transparency Index).

I plan to handle Turkey part of the study and searching for a
counterpart for other countries.

Moreover, new suggestions/invitations for new studies are welcome.
