[open-government] List of organisations working on open data?

Hi Jonathan,

I know our research team at the ODI is working on a list of businesses
working with open data in the UK:
http://theodi.org/news/odi-calls-for-uk-businesses-to-take-part-in-uks-first-comprehensive-study-of-open-data-adoption
but again, it's UK specific.
