[open-government] A course in Open government at the Paris Institute for Political Studies

Dear all,

Just to let you know that a new course called "The State and Digital 
Revolution",
will be starting this month at the Paris Institute for Political Studies 
("Sciences Po"):

We hope to broadcast our course (videos, pdf slides...) "MOOC style" so 
it can be used
by all administrations, politicians and citizens in France (and 
elsewhere!) : all resources will
be freely available under Creative Commons licences, on the course website
(http://numascpo.net, in construction).
