Hello guys,
This is a very interesting case indeed. Looks like OKFN will fight this
case in terms of FOI (as I realize from the email of Zara) while BMI has
chosen the Copyright path (from the blog).
Whatever the outcome, this case will influence FOI initiatives around
Europe and needs a lot of attention and a good campaign awareness.
