Would it be helpful to add more local US events to the wiki? Such as
policies <http://sunlightfoundation.com/policy/opendatamap/>,
guidelines<http://sunlightfoundation.com/blog/2013/06/04/your-guideline-to-open-data-guidelines-pt-1-the-history/>,
portals<https://github.com/sunlightpolicy/opendata/blob/master/USlocalopendataportals.csv>
?

There was a Civic Hacking
