El objetivo de este webinar es compartir los avances de la investigación de
ILDA en el rol de los datos abiertos para construir parlamentos más
transparentes en América Latina. Juan Belbis, investigador de ILDA sobre
este tema expondrá sobre el estado actual de su investigación y los temas
claves para esta agenda en América Latina. El evento contará con  el
comentario de la Fundación Ciudadano Inteligente
