Hi Gang;

Is there a place which lists open data standards?

I found the Open North Inventory,
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxxUHhraTIHhcnNhUU9JRnc1YlU/edit

For example if I wanted to find a page of the most important data,
metadata, and transfer standards in order to make a recommendation, where
would I go fishing?
