Hi Tracey,

Well I'd obviously add the Data Package specs:

http://dataprotocols.org/data-packages/
http://dataprotocols.org/tabular-data-package/

Regarding OpenSpending spec that has now evolved to become "Budget Data
Package":

http://fiscal.dataprotocols.org/

Depending on what you want to exclude / include there's various other items
you could mention.
