I'll be on an e-democracy panel session at the 100+ nation Community
of Democracies ministerial conference - http://bit.ly/comdem8thconf -
the week after next.

The title of the day two dialogue on July 23 is "Innovative Tools to
Strengthen Democracy: More Citizens in the Government - Removing the
Boundaries with e-Democracy." I look forward to offering my
lessons/perspectives on the power of local-up approaches to fostering
citizen agenda-setting and problem-solving in democracy.
