[open-health] List now moving to forum

Hi All

This list is now moving to a forum:
http://discuss.okfn.org/category/working-groups/open-health

Which is a much nicer interface. Email alerts are still available but you
will have much more flexibility in following items of interest without
filling your inbox.

I hope this is not too inconvenient and look forward to seeing you there
soon! This list will be deleted in 7 days but please move across at your
convenience.
