Hi all,

I've taken some preliminary steps to get started with OpenPhilosophy.org.

A very basic Wordpress site is now up here: http://openphilosophy.org/

As it says on the site: "OpenPhilosophy.org is a collection of public
domain philosophy texts that everyone is free to enjoy and share."

Our Advisory Board (so far) is listed at: http://openphilosophy.org/about/

I've started collating links to source material for over 50 authors
at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ams8fpz2_77XdHNMeVB4SGsxMi1nQUFneHFKX2l4T2c&hl=en_US#gid=0

There's a new list for discussing the project at:
http://lists.okfn.org/mailman/listinfo/open-philosophy

This list will be for philosophy specific stuff ("anyone interested in
tracking down Nietzsche's letters?"). Any stuff of more general
interest will be posted to the open-humanities.

And finally I grabbed @OpenPhilosophy on Twitter:
https://twitter.com/#!/OpenPhilosophy

There is lots more to be done on this - so if you're interested in
helping out, please do join the open-philosophy list and say hello!
;-)
