[open-humanities] Open Literature sprint update

Afternoon,

Having gone to the Open Literature sprint with Rufus, James, John, Sam and
Tom, I've made some progress on creating the annotation store in Wordpress.
The next task on that is to tie into the new API and test it before
stripping out some of the older code.

There is also a short code in the Wordpress plugin that begins to allow a
user to enter a text id to view the text but this is also dependent on
Rufus's work on the Textus Viewer. So it is all looking much more positive.
