[open-humanities] [okfn-labs] Textus in the “news”

I've posted on HN with a pointer to http://okfnlabs.org/textus/ and can
help migrate content to the Github pages repo. Maybe we can chat soon about
where/how we want the content to be organized (within /docs? for instance).
