Dear Peter,

I received directly from Helen Darbishire and I think you're right, I can't
find it on their website either. My only guess is that they are waiting for
March 22nd to publish it. I am currently translating the press release in
French so the document will be in both languages.
You can find more info on www.parlorama.eu where we posted on this subject.

If you wish to get more info, I think you should directly make your request
to Helen Darbishire or Pam Bartlett.
