Thanks Benjamin for the reminder,
next week we have also first deadline for call for proposals [1] to the
Open Knowledge festival (http://okfestival.org/) and I know that there
are people interested in open democracy and legislation. Maybe there
could be some sort of continuation of the discussions from Paris to
Helsinki.
I forwarded this to Joonas Pekkanen from the avoinministeriö (open
ministry ).
