Hi Daniel,

As someone keen to see much more (i.e any) sharing of core code in the
parliamentary transparency world, I definitely approve.

However, I would encourage you to do it as a broader parliamentary and
political data thing, as legislation means starting with the hardest, least
tractable data problem first.
