[Open-Legislation] [OKFest-Coord] Parliamentary Monitoring

+1 to not worrying about streams and doing stuff together.

Still trying to catch up after the PMO conference, but we sure want to
participate on those debates :)

(btw, Ben, just read about the git-law and started prototyping something
today :)
