[Open-Legislation] openlaws.eu EU Project starting today

Hi Clemens,

Kudos for sharing the project on the list even before you've had your
kick-off meeting! It's a good sign that you're serious about being open and
I'm hoping that critical remarks won't deter you from sharing further
updates or letting the community know how we can get involved.

All the best with your project. It's a crucial area of our societies that
needs to be much more serious about being open.
