Hi all,
For the record the Etherpad page is here:
http://okfnpad.org/linguistics
The WG wiki page is here (needs updating...):
http://wiki.okfn.org/wg/linguistics
Next meetings:
* Call at 1000 on 19th October
* F2F meeting in Berlin on 26th October
* F2F meeting in Berlin in late November
A few action items:
* Invite people! ;-) (Cornelius / all)
* Blog about the new WG (Cornelius / ?)
* Start linguistics.okfnpad.org team site (?)
* Start linguistics group on CKAN (?)
Also FYI I have just:
* Emailed ANC licensing question to opendefinition.org list [1]
* Emailed ANC re: guest post for blog.okfn.org and being involved in
the new working group
* Created a new ANC package page on CKAN [2]
* Created a language commons package on CKAN [3] -- a shame that
they are using a non-commercial license, which means they are not open
as in opendefinition.org! Wonder (i) why this is (e.g. donated data)
and (ii) whether they might consider changing this (at least for some
portion of data)?
All the best,
Jonathan
