[open-linguistics] OKCon 2011 Submission deadline extended

For a short talk 10-20 minutes an extended abstract is sufficient. To be 
included in the proceedings 5-10 pages are needed.

The areas of interest are wide-spread and multi-domain.
There will also be a lightning talk session.
