Dear all,

at the telco, we also discussed to install a wiki page dedicated to legal,  
ethical and other problems with respect to the publication of linguistic  
resources, especially publication under open licenses. On this page,  
general information can be collected, but more interesting would be  
concrete case studies. (For a general statement with respect to open  
publications, the OWLG blog would be a better place.)

This page is now available under  
http://wiki.okfn.org/Working_Groups/linguistics/legal_issues.
