[open-linguistics] OWLG Telco Doodle with time-zone support: please re-vote

Dear all,
as the OWLG is growing beyond the borders of Central Europe, we have to  
deal with time zones. The original Doodle poll did not have those, and I  
cannot add them afterwards. I created a new poll WITH time zone support.  
Please fill in your preferences, even if you have already done so.
