Dear Christian, All (and Sara in the cc),

We have the room Dolmabahçe C free from 13:15 until 14:15 (maybe until 
14:30).
We can use the equipment, which will be inside (beamer, and microphone I 
guess),  but we can not propose any addtional equipment.
The room is quite large and up to 30 persons can find a place there I 
think.
