[open-linguistics] GOLD not reachable

Hi Bettina,
my guess is that both, GOLD and ODIN didn't survive the move of
LinguistList from Michigan to Indiana - or may be resurrected later. The
same seems to be the case for LLMap (http://llmap.org).
I couldn't find info on the status of the move anywhere, though.
