[open-linguistics] promotional material LDL2015

Dear all,
Christian suggested we create some promotional material for LDL 2015. 
AFAICS, there is no common github oragnization for our group. Hence, I 
created

Please let me know your username on github and I will add you.
I also create a skeleton for the flyer, using the Latex class leaflet

There are currently four headings: about, publications, members, and 
support. There is no text yet. If you have ideas or suggestions about 
the content for those sections, let me know or edit the flyer right away.

Colors and fonts will also have to be decided upon.

I will work on this from time to time this week at rather low priority, 
but we should get there eventually.

I will meet the OKFN folks this weekend at the Coding da Vinci Hackathon 
and ask them whether we can get some institutional support from them.
