[open-linguistics] Legal (and technical) aspects of Spoken Corpora [German]

Dear all,

the German Research Council (DFG) published recommendations for spoken
corpora with respect to legal (and technical) aspects. Unfortunately, both
documents are available in German only, but for those capable to read
German, this may serve as interesting point of orientation.
