Dear all,

to provide the interested audience an easier point of entry to the topic,
a Wikipedia page on LLOD was created in preparation of LDL-2016 earlier
this week (you find it). However, in order to give a more authoritative
description, I would encourage everyone to add to this. There are other
motivations for using LLOD beyond what is there, and there are numerous
related activities, projects or datasets you would like to have mentioned,
I guess. But stay balanced and keep it readable.

Best,
Christian
