Thanks for the mail!

I think that ISWC 2020 could be an option. The dates for this 
conference: 19th International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC2020)
Athens, Greece, November 2nd - 6th, 2020.

We could even think of submitting to both ELRC and ISWC with different 
focuses)

I would be available for contributing to the workshop submission (but 
might be involved in another workshop submission for LREC)
