Dear All,
Here is the first weekly of the new sequence of weekly updates on the Open
Shakespeare project. I'll begin with what has been achieved, and finish with
a few suggestions for contributions.
Achievements:
- Essays: all of John Boe's long introduction to *Macbeth* has now been
uploaded and will be appearing on the website over the next week or so. Once
fully online, we will launch the 'essays' section. Do think about submitting
any essays on Shakespeare you may have...
- OKFN blog post: a brief summary of Open Shakespeare's progress over the
last few months has appeared on the OKFN blog, and on our own. You can read
it here:

Contributions:
1 min - Why not sign up to the Open Knowledge Foundation Website (
http://okfn.org/)? It only takes a moment, and gives you access to all the
OKFN projects, including Open Shakespeare.
2 min - Leave an annotation, and push us over the 500 mark...
I hope you have a good weekend,
James
