[open-literature] Open Correspondence notes and queries

Perhaps a work in progress post could be written? I'll try to get 
something written up and send it over to you for Sunday at the latest.

I'll keep some of it for a hoped for longer post for the OKFN blog when 
I've done some more work on it.
