[open-science] Open Science digest Vol 6, Issue 6 - data sets

I think we need to move towards Open Science. I think it is time to have
Public Domain be the default for data sets submitted to journals, online
sites, etc.

Public domain returns science to its origins.

We need to embrace "rules" that fit the 21st century.
