[open-science] Putting together a list of science data archives

Dear Open Science folks,

I am trying to put together a list of known archives for scientific data
- for Open Data and restricted access, pre- and/or post publication of
associated papers, and at the international, funder and institution
level (or all of the above).

I would appreciate any suggestions you can offer. In short, where can we
host data?
