[open-science] Panton Principles tagline required!

Hi All

Graham Steel has been working towards getting a banner advertising the
Panton Principles on BioMedCentral. They have been incredibly helpful and we
have a web designer who will assist us, but input would be much appreciated.
The current idea is to have a relatively simple text banner:

Colour scheme suggestion: http://kuler.adobe.com/#themeID/1301474 (somewhat
similar to the WG homepage)
Font: as per Panton Principles website (or close enough)

First frame: Panton Principles for Open Data in Science
Second frame: Tagline, something snappy and ideological ;)
+ button to link to site.

What sums up the Panton Principles in a few words - why are they important?
Anything that could encourage people to click through would be fantastic.
