Jenny - this is really great - just the sort of thing we need. Have you got
the references for the documents from the BL and NaCTeM - they are very
compelling for change of copyright.
I am still waiting to hear from Elsevier about my request to text mine their
stuff...
As a slight aside Lessig's talk at CERN (at least the first half) shows the
immorality (he uses that word) of publishers controlling access for profit.
